Nos abre, en lugar de encerrarnos; nos une, en lugar de separarnos; nos desnuda de todas nuestras mascaras; y nos libera de toda cadena. Es capaz de curarnos de enfermedades como el odio, el rencor, el estres, la vanidad, y el orgullo. La comedia nos levanta un espejo magico donde podemos ver lo ridiculos que somos la mayoria del tiempo, personalmente y como sociedad. Pero mas importante que eso, tambien nos muestra nuestra infinita belleza. Por todo esto, la comedia no es para cobardes. No se puede limitar ni censurar. Es nuestro deber cuidarla rompiendo esquemas, derribando barreras, llevandola lo mas lejos y profundo posible. Porque por ahora, es el unico lugar en el mundo donde las religiones, las politicas, los sexos, los colores, las clases socio-economicas, nuestros problemas, y diferencias; nos invitan a gozar juntos. Es un lugar muy especial, donde simplemente somos humanos. Gracias por luchar esta batalla tan importante para El Salvador y el mundo ComediaES!    We live in a magical world. a world where thoughts materialize.  Not immediately, but even better...when the time is right.  A world where emotion makes nothing impossible.  But pick love, and not only will anything be possible...everything will be right.  It's better than Neverland✨🌍

   Will there be a deal on Ukraine? When will anyone in Israel or Palestine try something different? Will Europe ever get its act together economically? Where will the borders be drawn in the greater Middle East? Will a stable equilibrium emerge in East Asia? Will there be a deal over Iran's nuclear program? Where is Afghanistan headed? Will Obama's climate change gambit work? Will the United States, its allies, and other concerned countries come up with a better approach to "violent extremism" of the sort represented by al Qaeda, the Islamic State, and others? Can Western democracies roll back the "surveillance state"? Will North & South America's gang & drug cartel violence ever seize to exist? When will the kidnapped Nigerian girls be returned to their families? Can democratic oppositions' peaceful nonviolent tactics prevail over dictatorships? When will we act upon the knowledge that our planet is abundant enough for all its species to prosper? 

   These are some of the issues troubling governments globally today, and they can all be traced down to love. We are doing too much for ourselves, and too little for others; yet happiness truly comes from what we give, not what we get. Success isn't getting power & money; success is giving in to love, peace, happiness by working on humility, forgiveness, gratefulness, faith, service to others & God. We will keep falling to temptation where we are weak, but that's ok, because we will self-examine & work on ourselves one day at a time. Every day we will fall less, and every day it will be easier to persevere. And we must not judge those who fall again, because that only makes it harder to get back up. We must encourage, because like us they are trying, and eventually will succeed. "If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that?" Make the world better every opportunity you get to speak. There are no small acts of kindness, because kindness is contagious

Just wanted to play

   What did I take away from this World Cup? I learned that Messi was once only an autistic little boy with a growth hormone disorder who just wanted to play footy, that Keylor Navas is the best goalkeeper in the world even though Neuer got the Golden Glove, that FIFA can change country laws for their own benefit & is cartoonishly evil -yet I can't help my addiction to their video games, that Neymar & Robben are method actors like me, that Germany built a luxury resort just for their team & then gave it back to the land's indigenous community, that Cristiano Ronaldo gets paid to take off his shirt & flex his muscles after scoring a goal, that our Brazilian brothers & sisters lost more than they gained, that James Rodriguez still kicks the ball with his heart, that Costa Rica taught the world to believe, that Tim Howard doesn't like hugs, that Amazonian birds now have stadium-size toilets to poop on, and we forgot it was just a game.

   But never forget you'll always be that beautiful kid, who once...just wanted to play. Congrats Germany, and all teams who played for love.
